I saw a video of a polar bear swimming and playing in the Artic waters. Even swimming through a hole in the glacier beside him. It made me thing about how many creatures couldn’t live there, and this bear probably could not survive in hot climates. Isn’t it a crazy little detail that God would make different animals for each region and climate?

Colossians 1:16 6 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

It’s interesting that the very first words that God speaks to us through the Bible tells us that He created everything. If you are unclear on this read Genesis!! It is absolutely clear and true.

You may wonder why God made that menacing little mouse that ran through your kitchen, or why He made mosquitos. (I wonder too), but the intricacies of this world should make everyone realize that there IS indeed a God and that only He could make the incredible mountains, the blue green oceans, the blue sky’s.

Only He could have made the trees green in the summer, lose their leaves in the fall (which created so much beauty on its own!). Be dormant in the winter and come alive again in the spring.

Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

Psalm 104:5 He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved.

6 You covered it with the watery depths as with a garment; the waters stood above the mountains.

7 But at your rebuke the waters fled, at the sound of your thunder they took to flight;

8 they flowed over the mountains, they went down into the valleys, to the place you assigned for them.

9 You set a boundary they cannot cross; never again will they cover the earth.

Genesis 1:16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light

Daniel 2:38 in your hands he has placed all mankind and the beasts of the field and the birds in the sky. Wherever they live, he has made you ruler over them all. You are that head of gold. to govern the night. He also made the stars.

Are you convinced yet? He is an amazing God. He has made all that is good. He made you and I. He does not make a mistake. The detail that He put into creating a flower, we would not have been able to think of it. Yet He gave all of this to us, to enjoy. What a great God!

Thank you Jesus, for all that you have given us, so much more than our little minds can comprehend, but the best gift of all was Jesus. Amen
