When we listen to the news and all the things happening in our world, we can get so frustrated. There is NO common sense in anything. Nothing makes sense. The same people who want to take away some rights, demand the right to take a life in abortion. Some are militant about it. You can see when they speak that there is hate in their hearts for anyone who does not agree. I’ve listened to the point that I check myself. Could I be wrong? But for me, the Barometer is abortion. It is the one thing I cannot be persuaded about. It’s a life, and it's Biblical.
So many people have no respect, for people of different values, for authority, for life itself, and for God. It seems that many will not consider God or faith in Him because they do not want to give up their way of life. They do not like the rules. So, they tell themselves (& others) that there is NO God, No Jesus, No Holy Spirit. Well, they are free to feel that way. WE, as believers pray for them. God wishes none to be lost. But He has also given us free will, so He will NOT make anyone come to Him. He only goes where He is invited.
Unfortunately for them, there IS a God. And ONE day they WILL come to Him. They will be brought right in front of Him.
Phil 2:10-11 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.
Romans 14:11 “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.
Isaiah 45:23. …God says…That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Rev. 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
At some point we ALL will stand before God, whether you believe in Him or not. On that amazing day, EVERY KNEE will bow, EVERY Tongue will confess, that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD OF ALL!
