We drove by the SVS Balaji Temple in Aurora today. I was amazed at how many cars in the parking lot. I have never done any research on this religion. I googled it like a good researcher. The first page says (apparently a mission statement) “To be able to provide the authentic religious, cultural, spiritual, education and community services our Temple is known for, your generous donations will be immensely helpful. Donations are fully tax deductible … Have a blessed and safe holiday season”
I flipped through the other pages and never found ANY reference to WHAT their religion is. I am sure I would have if I kept going, but to enlighten myself was not my goal.
I see, as you do, many of the co-exist stickers on cars. It is a wonderful thought. Can’t we all just get along? After all the bible does talk about unity. And there are CERTAINLY places for unity. Unfortunately, the past couple of years have made me feel like “unity” means that I will be compromising what I believe in (but that’s a whole different devotion).

John 14:6 Jesus said unto him, I AM the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes unto the Father but by me.

Titus 3:5,6 He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior,

John 3:16-18 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

There are MANY religions. Christianity is the ONLY one whose “profit” died for your sins and was raised again and will take you to heaven to live with him.

John 14:2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?

Scripture foretold of his coming, his death and his resurrection. The Old Testament is filled with prophesy regarding our savior. We as Christ followers are under attack. The enemy is working hard for the souls of our children especially. Be sure that they know where to put their faith. Co-exist is not going to get them to heaven and whether they believe in Jesus or not, one day we will all stand before Him. One day, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord of ALL! (Phil 2:10)
